What is Envite?
Envite is more than just an exclusive shopping experience; we’re a philosophy. We bring to our members top tier luxury brands at deep discounts. We believe the best kept secrets are between friends.

How does Envite work?
It’s quite simple: Apply for a membership and once granted you’ll be notified of our upcoming private events featuring top tier designer brands offered at large discounts, sometimes at up to 80% off.

What are the membership requirements?
Simply sign up. That’s all there is to it. Currently there are no requirements for general access to Envite.

Is the merchandise authentic?
Absolutely. We only offer authentic products to our members, and that is our guarantee to you.

I want my friends to join. How can I get them to join?
Click here to invite your friends. Did you know that when your friend signs up and makes their first purchase, you get $25 applied to your account?

 

Why does ENVITE's logo change colors?
ENVITE strongly believes in giving back, and in honor of various awareness and charity projects, our logo reflects our dedication to making the world a better place. In turn, we will notify our members which particular sales donate a portion of it's proceeds towards these foundations. We started off with red as it's one of the most recognizable colors in awareness, stay tuned for which sales will make the difference!

What is the difference between a sale and an event?
A sale and event are both the same thing, but we prefer to refer to them as events – it just sounds better in our opinion.

When can I purchase merchandise?
As soon as the event begins! Our events begin at 12pm EST on all event days.

What is VIP Membership?
VIP Membership grants members in that category access to even more exclusive brands at deep discounts. Currently we are offering all our members VIP Access for a limited time. Once you’re in, you’re in.

Does VIP Membership cost anything?
Currently there is no fee for VIP Member access.

How can I be notified of events?
Once we accept your membership request, you will automatically be added to our mailing list. That is our announcement as to what brands will be offered in current and near future sales. We also have a twitter and Facebook page to help keep you up to date and the first to know of our upcoming events.

Help, I’ve forgotten my password! What do I do?
We hate when that happens too. Click here to help retrieve your password and you’ll be well on your way to an enviting experience.

I tried purchasing an item after receiving an event alert, and the item was sold out. What happened?
All our items are sold on a first come, first served basis and events can sell out quickly based on brand and quantity. Make sure to log in at the stroke of 12 to raise your chances of being able to complete your purchase.

ORDERING, SHIPPING and RETURNS


Can I place an order via phone?
Our sales are online-only. This allows all our members an equal chance at purchasing their favorite brands.

What is a wait list?
Sometimes another member may have a product of limited quantity in their shopping cart. That product will remain on hold until that member successfully checks out. Also, a customer may return a purchased item, and in those cases we then notify you of it’s availability.


I’d like to find out the status of my order. Where can I do that?

Click on “My Account” at the top of your screen in order to see all your account activity, including shipping, returns and account credits.

I have a problem with a product I’ve received. How do I go about returning it?
Feel free to contact our concierge service, and they will be happy to assist you in returning defective merchandise. All other returns are for store credit only. We only accept returns within 21 days of sale.

Is there anything I can’t return?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on the following items:

Fragrances and Beauty products
Bags
Undergarments
Jewelry
Leather goods
Swimwear

Watches

Does ENVITE ship overseas?
Currently we only ship to the United States.

 

What shipping method do you use when offering Free Shipping?

When running a special promotion, we may offer our members free shipping. Please note that the free shipping only applies to UPS Ground as the shipping method.
