Envite Return Policy

How long do I have to return merchandise ?
Envite will accept returns made on clothing and shoes that are not marked final sale for store credit only. All returns must be made within 14 days of the original shipment date. The original shipment date can be found on the label of the box that the original order was shipped in or on your email confirmation.

What is not eligible to be returned?
Envite will not accept returns or exchanges on any accessories, fragrances, intimates, hosiery, swimwear, handbags, jewelry, leather goods, sunglasses, wallets and watches.

Some of our sales have on specific merchandise FINAL SALE, and these items can not be returned.

What is the required condition for a return?
All items being returned must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns must also include the hangers, plastic bags, tags attached to garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and eye glass cases. Merchandise returned must have an RMA number.

Is an RMA number required to ship back my return?
Items being returned must include an RMA number. An RMA number is issued through your “MY ACCOUNT” setting. Once you are in your account, click on Order History, once your orders will be shown, click on “View” and your order will open, click on “Need to return this product?” and fill in the required fields and then click ”Confirm”. An email will shortly follow with an RMA number which will allow you to proceed with your return. The return email with the RMA number should be printed, placed and shipped in the box with the merchandise being returned.
We will not be responsible for any merchandise returned without an RMA number.

Will I automatically get a refund to my account?
If the merchandise returned to Envite does not meet our requirements then the return will be sent back to you and a credit will not be issued. If the return is accepted, your personal account will receive an Envite credit within a week of your return.

Can I get a credit to my credit card?
We do not refund money or credit cards for merchandise that is returned unless the merchandise shipped was originally damaged. All our merchandise are thoroughly checked and go through a rigorous quality control process from the time the products enter our warehouse up until they are shipped.

How do I get an Envite Credit?
Once we receive your returned merchandise and process it, only then we will credit your account for the amount of your purchase less the original shipping costs. Your credit can be used towards future Envite purchases.

Do my Envite credits expire?
Our Envite credits have no expiration date.
