At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and Puerto Rico. ENVITE.com’s carrier of choice is UPS.
SHIPPING RATES
Our current rates are:
UPS Ground: $8.95
UPS 3 day select: $14.95
UPS 2 day air: $19.95
UPS Overnight: $29.95
Oversize or special delivery items are subject to a Delivery Charge in lieu of above standard shipping rates. These additional fees may not eligible for any combined, reduced or free shipping offer.
Please note that we do not ship to hotels or P.O. boxes, unless the address is a military (APO or FPO) or university address.
PROMOTIONS
Envite.com occasionally has promotions that include Free Shipping. Please note that Free Shipping applies only for UPS Ground as the shipping method.
SHIPPING TIME
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Orders are NOT processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays every effort will be made to contact you by phone, email or mail. ENVITE.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Orders selected for next-day shipping that are placed before 1pm ET will ship the same day. If you select next day on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
SALES TAX
ENVITE.com will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the state of New Jersey. We do NOT charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states in the USA. If your credit card billing address is in the state of NJ and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. A 7% sales tax is automatically calculated on both the value of the product's and the shipping charge as required by New Jersey State law.
